Role Description
The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Kolkata, responsible for managing and growing relationships with vehicle dealerships, OEMs, and business partners across CarTrade Tech’s platforms. Day-to-day activities include onboarding and supporting partners, understanding their business needs,



and recommending suitable products and services. The role involves regular client meetings, resolving issues, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. The Relationship Manager will collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and product to coordinate campaigns, enhance service delivery, and identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. The position also requires maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and contributing to business growth through proactive relationship management and market feedback.
