Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Officer with 3–6 years of experience in the Mobile/Telecom industry. The candidate will be responsible for driving primary and secondary sales, managing dealers and retailers, expanding market coverage, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Manage relationships with dealers, distributors and mobile retailers.
- Drive primary and secondary sales in the assigned territory.
- Develop new dealers and retailers to expand market reach.
- Conduct regular market visits and ensure effective outlet coverage.
- Ensure product availability, visibility and proper merchandising at retail outlets.
- Communicate company schemes, promotions and product launches to channel partners.
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate for timely replenishment.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions and new product launches.
- Build strong relationships with dealers and retailers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collections as per company policy.
- Provide regular sales, market and competitor reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure effective execution of new product launches and promotional activities.
- Identify new business opportunities and increase market share.
- Resolve dealer/retailer issues in coordination with internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes and policies.
