Role & responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led and virtual training programs in accounting and finance processes.
- Develop and maintain training materials, process guides, SOPs, and assessment frameworks.
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for new and existing team members.
Facilitate knowledge transfer during process transitions and migrations
- Train teams on end-to-end accounting processes including: general Ledger (GL), Record-to-Report (R2R), Month-End Close, Journal Entries, Balance Sheet Reconciliations, Fixed Assets Accounting, Financial Reporting
- Conduct performance evaluations related to training effectiveness.
- Manage and guide a team of at least 3-4 members.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounting.
- Solid experience in end-to-end accounting or management accounting functions.
- Experience in delivering training, coaching, mentoring, or knowledge transfer sessions.
