Role Description
This full time, on-site Business Development and Sales Manager role. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and promoting the company’s IT consulting and digital solution offerings. The manager will conduct market research, develop sales strategies, prepare and deliver presentations and proposals, and negotiate contracts with potential and existing clients.



Daily responsibilities also include collaborating with technical and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs, tracking sales performance, and providing regular reports and forecasts to leadership. The role requires proactive engagement with prospects, participation in networking events, and continuous improvement of sales processes to drive revenue growth.
