Executive Vice President of Global Operations

I. Position Overview

The Executive Vice President of Global Operations is a top-level leader responsible for the financial institution's global operations ecosystem, strategy, and execution. This role entails comprehensive responsibility for global operational strategic planning, optimization of operating models, cross-regional operations management, operational risk control, digital transformation of operations, and the enhancement of operational performance, ensuring the effective, secure, and compliant operation of global business activities.

The position oversees global operations centers, shared service centers, transaction operations, payment and clearing, customer operations, business support, and operations technology teams. It involves collaborating with product, technology, risk, finance, compliance, and business units to drive the standardization, automation, digitalization, and internationalization of corporate operations.
