Purpose of the Role

To assist Sales team in arranging Channel Finance for Spares for Channel Partners and on boarding for Channel Finance
To Manage Scheme roll out duly vetted by Indirect Taxation Team
To Monitor Budget Utilization for VME, FME, OFE and Capex budget and assist field and HQ team in proper accounting and utilization.
To Monitor and institutionalize timely Performance pay-outs disbursement to Channel Partners
To resolve GST Mismatch cases related to spares for Channel Partners
To assist in Receivable management and account reconciliations related to Spares

Job Responsibility
1. Incentive calculations for Channel Partners
Interface with TTL for incentive calculations by providing monthly data updates & validating incentive outputs along with CFT (Sales, Finance & Systems). Coordinate with TTL for making changes in the system incentive configurations as per periodic policy changes.



Coordinate with finance & Business planning for tracking actual and projected incentive outgoes with the budgeted figures for timely feedback to Sales.
Manual Calculations of quality centric incentives & Deviation cases. To ensure accurate calculations & timely disbursement of incentives to CPs.
2. Budget Utilisation
Interface with Sales, Warehousing & Logistics team, Procurement team for budget for FME , OFE & Capex
3. Channel Partners Inventory Funding
Liaison with Banks & NBFc for Spares Inventory Funding. Provide data support to justify requirements. Follow up with financiers for sanction of limits Post Sanction complete on boarding process
4. Channel Partners Support
Coordinate with various agencies to support CP’s queries resolution related to accounts , GST , Funds updation

Desired Candidate Profile
•Education CA / ICWA or MBA (Finance) Full Time
•Minimum 3 to 10 year Experience
•Finance/ Accounts Experience
•Preferred Industry: Automobiles
