Job Description: Performance Marketing Specialist (Lead Generation Focus)

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to own high-intent lead generation across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn. This role is focused on the end-to-end execution, optimization, and scaling of multi-channel digital campaigns to drive consistent business growth.

Core Responsibilities

1. Google Ads - Search & Performance Max
- Strategy & Setup: Plan and launch Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns designed for B2B/B2C lead capture.
- Optimization: Conduct keyword research, implement negative lists, and optimize bidding (CPA/ROAS) to lower Cost Per Lead (CPL).
- Conversion Tracking: Set up and troubleshoot conversion actions using Google Tag Manager and GA4.

2. Meta Ads - Lead Generation
- Funnel Building: Design full-funnel strategies (Awareness to Conversion) using Meta Business Suite Lead Forms and automated messenger flows.
- Creative Testing: Run continuous A/B tests on ad copies, reels, and static creatives to identify high-performing hooks.
- Audience Targeting:



Leverage Lookalike and Custom Audiences to reach high-intent prospects.

3. LinkedIn Ads - B2B Specialist
- Qualified Targeting: Utilize LinkedIn Campaign Manager to target decision-makers by job title, seniority, company size, and industry.
- Ad Formats: Execute Sponsored Content and native LinkedIn Lead Gen Forms to capture data with minimal friction.

4. Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization
- Local Lead Gen: Optimize profiles for the "Local Map Pack" to drive calls, bookings, and direction requests.
- Management: Handle review management, seed Q&A; sections, and publish weekly "Google Posts" for visibility.
- NAP Consistency: Maintain 100% Name, Address, and Phone number consistency across the web to boost local SEO.

5. Outreach & Automation
