1.Assistant Manager – Talent Acquisition

Function
: Talent Acquisition
- Partner with Partners and Practice Heads to understand and close hiring mandates.
- Source and engage lawyers, build strong pipelines of high-quality active and passive legal talent.
- Screen candidates for relevant practice-area experience, career progression, and cultural fit.
- Manage interviews, stakeholder coordination, offer negotiations, and closures.
- Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification in HR is preferred
- 6+ year
s of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably with legal hiring exposure.
- Understanding of law-firm structures, legal practice areas,
and lawyer profiles is preferred.
2.HR Consultant – Talent Acquisition

- Maintain a robust talent pipeline and ensure timely closure of hiring mandates.
- Support market mapping and research to identify relevant legal talent.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; postgraduate qualification in HR is a plus
- 2 - 4 y
ears of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably with legal hiring exposure.
