Role & Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy & Execution:

1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets for PVC Pipes (cPVC, uPVC, SWR, HDPE, Plastic Water Storage Tanks).

2. Identify new market opportunities, including institutional, retail, and project-based sales.

3. Drive volume growth through channel partners, distributors, and direct sales.

4. Channel Development & Management

Appoint, train, and manage distributors, dealers, and retailers across regions.

5. Strengthen distribution network penetration in existing and current territories.

6. Ensure effective inventory management and product availability in the market.

7. Key Account Management

8. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, contractors, builders, and government bodies.

9. Handle large project sales and institutional clients.

10. Marketing & Brand Building
