Pilates Teacher

The Breathing Room is looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and welcoming Pilates Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Lead engaging and well-structured Pilates classes for individuals and/or small groups
- Provide explicit instruction and demonstrate proper Pilates techniques and movements
- Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate different fitness levels, abilities, and individual needs
- Prioritize client safety, proper alignment, breathing, and mindful movement
- Create a welcoming and positive experience for every client




- Build strong relationships with clients and encourage consistent practice
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional teaching environment
- Communicate professionally with clients and the wider Breathing Room team
- Arrive prepared and on time for all scheduled sessions
- Continue developing knowledge of Pilates, movement, anatomy, and related wellness practices

Requirements
- Recognized Pilates teaching certification
- Previous experience teaching Pilates
- Strong understanding of Pilates principles, alignment, anatomy, and safe movement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with clients of different ages, fitness levels, and experience
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
