What You ll Do
- Deliver Customer Support: Provide responsive, high-quality product support to customers over the phone, staying available on customer calls (inbound and outbound).
- Solve Problems: Assess the nature of product or service issues and work through them to timely, effective resolutions.
- Troubleshoot Thoroughly: Read, understand, and ask the right questions to troubleshoot each situation and product issue accurately.




- Collaborate: Partner with teammates to share knowledge and deliver the best possible outcomes for our customers.
What We re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid analytical and troubleshooting ability
- Comfort with basic technical concepts; prior experience with application, infrastructure, or database monitoring is a plus
- A graduate degree (BCA, BSc, or similar computer-background field) - open to all academic backgrounds with a technical aptitude
