We are looking for an experienced RSA Trainer to deliver impactful training programs for retail store staff and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct classroom & on-the-job training
* Train teams on retail operations, customer service, sales, billing & inventory management
* Deliver induction & refresher training programs
* Assess trainee performance and provide coaching
* Ensure compliance with SOPs & quality standards
* Support business goals through effective learning initiatives

Eligibility

* Bachelor's Degree (Any Discipline) or Diploma in Retail Management
* 2+ years' experience in retail store operations
* 2+ years' experience in retail/relevant training
* Strong communication, presentation & interpersonal skills

Preferred Skills
* Retail operations & customer service knowledge
* Coaching & mentoring skills
