Roles and Responsibilities
- Utilize strong communication skills to negotiate payment plans with customers over the phone.

- 1-2 years of experience in BPO or collections industry preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in English; ability to understand American accents required.
- Robust negotiation skills with customers; ability to work under pressure.
