Job Description

We are looking for candidates with minimum 1 year of experience in the banking/financial services industry to join our International Banking Backend Process.

The role involves handling backend banking operations, processing transactions and requests, maintaining accuracy, and ensuring compliance with internal banking procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle backend processing for international banking operations.
- Process banking transactions and customer requests accurately and within defined timelines.
- Verify and validate banking-related documents and information.
- Follow banking policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve transaction/process-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data confidentiality.




- Meet defined productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.

Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in Banking/Financial Services is mandatory.
- Freshers are NOT eligible for this position.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of banking operations and processes.
- Good computer skills and ability to work with MS Office/tools.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts, if required.
