Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive websites and web applications using modern development practices.
• Build clean, scalable, and reusable frontend solutions using
HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and PHP
.
• Improve website speed,
Core Web Vitals
, and
Google Lighthouse
performance.
• Implement
Technical SEO
best practices, Schema Markup, structured data, and SEO-friendly architecture.
• Optimize CSS, JavaScript, images (WebP/AVIF), fonts, and DOM structure for maximum performance.
• Migrate legacy jQuery functionality to modern Vanilla JavaScript where required.
• Implement Lazy Loading, Render Optimization, Code Splitting, and Mobile-First development practices.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and compliance with accessibility standards (ARIA/WCAG).
• Refactor and modernize existing codebases to improve scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, SEO specialists, and development teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Manage source code using Git and follow industry-standard development workflows.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve frontend and website performance issues efficiently.
Required Skills
✔ 2–4 years of professional experience in Web Development.
