Job Description
- Lead and manage the sales administration function, ensuring smooth execution of the order-to-delivery process.
- Oversee order validation, pricing calculations, ERP system management, and commercial documentation.
- Coordinate closely with production, logistics, warehouse, and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.
- Manage key customer relationships and act as the internal point of contact for commercial accounts.
- Handle customer claims, dispute resolution, invoicing, compliance documentation, and payment follow-up activities.
- Lead, coach,



and develop a high-performing sales administration and CRM team.
- Monitor team performance, establish targets, and drive operational efficiency improvements.
- Analyse market trends and business performance, providing strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support pricing, commercial planning, forecasting, and business growth initiatives.

The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- 15+ years of experience in sales administration, commercial operations, customer service, or related functions within a manufacturing environment.
- Prior exposure to paper, packaging, industrial manufacturing, or process-driven industries is highly desirable.
- Solid understanding of order management, logistics coordination, inventory planning, and customer account administration.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, CRM platforms, and MS Excel.
