We are Looking for a qualified and enthusiastic NTT Teacher to join our team in a Day- Boarding or Boarding at JMK International School Shimla for the session 2026-2027

Key Job Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Implementation: Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and activities (art, music, play) that promote cognitive and physical development.
- Child Development & Safety: Supervise children to ensure a safe, nurturing, and hygienic classroom environment, managing classroom behavior effectively.
- Assessment & Reporting: Monitor and track each child's progress, conducting assessments and providing regular updates to parents on development.
- Classroom Management: Maintain an organized, clean, and stimulating learning environment, organizing learning materials.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with fellow teachers, support staff, and caregivers to support the school’s educational goals.
- Individual Attention:



Be sensitive to individual learning needs and provide specialized attention for children with special needs
- Educational Requirement
- School Level: Pass Class 12 (or equivalent) with at least 50% aggregate marks from any recognized board (Arts, Science, or Commerce). [1]

Required Skills & Traits
- Patience and Empathy: Essential for managing young children aged 2 to 5 years.
- Creativity: Ability to use play-way methods, art, craft, storytelling, and music.
- Communication: Positive verbal skills in English or the local regional language. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
- Professional Training: Complete a recognized diploma or certificate course in NTT, ECCE (Early Childhood Care and Education), or Montessori Teacher Training. [1, 2]]

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
