Role Description
The Sales and Marketing Specialist will work on-site in Lucknow in a full time capacity, focusing on promoting Khushi Interiors’ design and execution services. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, conducting sales meetings and presentations, and managing follow-ups to close business opportunities. The role involves coordinating with the design team to understand project offerings, preparing proposals and quotations, and maintaining accurate sales records.



The specialist will also support marketing activities such as local campaigns, social media coordination, and participation in events or exhibitions to increase brand visibility. Regular interaction with clients to provide service updates, gather feedback, and ensure a positive customer experience is a key part of this role.

Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Customer Service abilities to build trust, manage client expectations, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing, to achieve revenue targets.
- Sales Management and Training experience to track performance, optimize processes, and support team development.
