- Prepare moulds as per pattern and production requirements.
- Operate and handle moulding machines or carry out manual moulding.
- Set patterns correctly in the moulding box.
- Prepare and compact moulding sand properly.
- Maintain proper mould dimensions and surface finish.
- Place cores correctly as per drawing and instructions.
- Check moulds before pouring and correct defects if required.
- Maintain proper alignment of cope and drag.
- Handle moulding tools and equipment safely.
- Identify and report moulding-related problems.
- Maintain valuable housekeeping in the moulding area.
- Follow safety procedures and use required PPE.
- Complete daily moulding production targets on time.

Qualification

ITI / 10th Pass – Foundry / Moulding preferred

Experience

1–5 years of foundry moulding experience preferred.
