We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Engineer to supervise and execute interior works at project sites as per approved drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise interior execution as per approved drawings
* Check dimensions, levels, alignment and specifications at site
* Coordinate day-to-day activities of contractors and skilled workers
* Supervise carpentry, false ceiling, flooring, painting, electrical, plumbing and other interior works
* Monitor daily manpower and work progress
* Ensure material quality and proper utilization at site
* Identify drawing discrepancies and technical issues and report them promptly
* Verify contractor measurements and completed work
* Maintain Daily Progress Reports
* Ensure quality standards and timely closure of snags
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
Education:
- Diploma (Required)
Experience:
- Residential High-Rise Building: 2 years (Required)
