Role Description
The Head of Sales will lead the sales function for Splen Technologies & Education Pvt. Ltd., driving revenue growth across university partnerships, corporate training, and professional programs.



This full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh involves developing and executing sales strategies, setting and monitoring sales targets, and expanding the organization’s market presence in existing and new regions. The individual will manage key accounts, build long-term relationships with institutional and corporate clients, and collaborate with internal teams to align offerings with client needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading and mentoring the sales team, analyzing sales performance and market trends, preparing forecasts and reports, and representing the company at client meetings, events, and industry forums. The Head of Sales will also identify recent business opportunities, refine pricing and proposals, and ensure a high standard of customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
