Role Summary

The Salesforce Technical Lead / Senior Salesforce Developer provides technical leadership and production-grade development across the build teams. The role sets development standards, owns complex build items, reviews code, and ensures scalable, secure, and performant delivery under architectural guidance in an Agile, multi-org workplace.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership to developers and administrators across the build workstreams.
- Own complex Apex, LWC, Flow, and integration build items end to end.
- Establish and enforce coding standards, reusable patterns / components, and technical documentation.
- Run code reviews and ensure test coverage, deployment readiness, and release discipline.
- Troubleshoot data, automation, integration, performance, and security issues.
- Support CI/CD and source-control discipline across multiple production instances.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect on design translation and technical risk mitigation.

Must-Have Skills
- 8+ years hands-on Salesforce development including lead-level responsibility.




- Expert Apex (classes, triggers, asynchronous / batch, governor-limit-aware design).
- Strong Lightning Web Components experience.
- Flows, validation rules, object model, and declarative automation depth.
- Strong SOQL / SOSL and Salesforce data-model understanding.
- REST / SOAP and event-driven integration experience.
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementation experience.
- Git-based source control and CI/CD deployment experience.
- Ability to lead and mentor developers and enforce quality standards.

Nice-to-Have Skills
- Salesforce Data Cloud exposure.
- MuleSoft or middleware exposure.
- Revenue Cloud / CPQ exposure.
- Platform Events / event-driven architecture.
- CI/CD tooling experience.
- Healthcare or regulated-industry project experience.

Preferred Certifications
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I
