About The Job
We are looking for a structured, proactive, and collaborative
Compliance & Procurement Coordinator
to support our global EcoStruxure IT organization. Our organization has teams in both the EU, India and the US. You will work closely with our Compliance Lead in Denmark as well as Product Management, Software Engineering, and Operations to:
- Maintain ISO27001 compliance
- Navigate regulatory requirements
- Ensure our procurement and vendor management activities align with Schneider Electric’s policies

What You’ll Be Doing
Compliance & ISO27001 support
- Maintain and update the risk catalog, coordinating risk registration and following up on mitigation actions.
- Support planning and execution of ISO27001 “year‑wheel” activities (e.g., internal audits, management reviews, control checks).
- Onboard new teams to ISO27001 processes and documentation standards.
- Drive awareness and reaffirmation activities (communications, reminders, participation tracking).
- Help teams understand regulatory and compliance expectations and coordinate needed follow‑ups.
- Vendor management & Procurement coordination
- Support vendor management activities, including collecting and maintaining key documentation and contract overviews.
