Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for US IT requirements
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates
- Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage job postings across job portals and social platforms
- Maintain candidate database and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Ensure timely submission of qualified profiles

Essential Skills
- Basic understanding of US IT recruitment process
- Knowledge of IT technologies and job roles
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with job portals such as Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good negotiation and coordination skills

Good to Have Skills
- Knowledge of tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Night shift flexibility
- Prior internship or recruitment experience
