About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and execution-focused Operations Associate – Accounts Payable (AP) to join our Vendor Finance team.
The role involves managing operational workflows related to vendor onboarding, transaction tracking, client data processing, internal ticket resolution, and platform fee reconciliations.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Excel, data, and web-based tools, and should have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor onboarding and maintain accurate vendor lifecycle records.
- Track transactions and operational workflows across internal systems.
- Support client data ingestion and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
- Handle internal operational tickets related to vendor requests and process changes.
- Perform platform fee reconciliations and maintain accurate reports.
- Maintain operational trackers and ensure timely updates.
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies in coordination with relevant teams.
