Responsibilities
- Lead functional design and configuration for EC Time & Leave solutions.
- Configure and validate Time Off, Time Tracking, accrual rules, holiday calendars and work schedules.
- Translate HR policies, local regulations and business requirements into scalable SuccessFactors solutions.
- Support multi-country implementations with different leave, attendance and work-pattern requirements.
- Work closely with Payroll,



Integration, HR Operations and Technical teams.
- Lead workshops, fit-to-standard sessions, testing, UAT and production readiness.
- Troubleshoot complex time valuation, accrual and absence-related issues.
- Define BAU processes, governance and operational handoffs.

Preferred Experience
- Experience in large, complex or regulated organizations.
- Exposure to Workforce Planning, Analytics or HR Reporting.
- Experience with regulatory/policy changes affecting Time & Leave.
- Solid consulting, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in post-go-live stabilization and optimization.

Certifications
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
- SAP SuccessFactors Time Management Certification preferred
