Title: Chief Projects Officer

Reports to: Chief Executive Officer

Location: Corporate Office, Bangalore (with frequent travel to project sites)

Direct Reportees: Site Project Managers across all active developments

Role Context

Prestige Hospitality Ventures Limited is in an intensive growth phase, scaling from approximately 2,000 keys across 7 properties today to over 6,000 keys across 25-plus properties by 2031. The portfolio spans upper-upscale and luxury hotels, branded residences, resorts, golf courses, convention centres, and mixed-use developments incorporating Grade-A office, retail, and performance art venues. As asset creators who appoint global operators (Marriott, Hilton, Oberoi, and others) under management agreements tied to top-line and GOP performance, our development quality directly determines long-term asset yield.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates from premium commercial real estate, mixed-use developments, or large-scale infrastructure can apply if they the execution and people-management credentials are exceptional.



Expect 20-plus years of relevant experience with at least 8 to 10 years in senior corporate-level project leadership roles.

The incumbent will micro-manage the design and contracting award phase and macro-manage the execution phase across the entire portfolio. The objective is a value creation cycle that is smooth, frictionless, and performs with precision, enthusiasm, and speed.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Design Phase Substantive Contribution (Micro-Engagement)

Partner with the Head of Central Design to drive execution-focused design with dimensional precision, offsite manufacture, modularisation, productive site assembly, and minimal labour intensity. Bring buildability and field-tested judgment to multidisciplinary consultant decisions. Ensure BIM remains the single source of truth, with rigorous model integrity, clash resolution, and version control across design, consultants, contractors,
