Roles and Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate laundry services for seamless operations.
- Ensure high-quality cleaning and maintenance of hotel rooms and public areas.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of laundry washing, ironing, and delivery.
- Provide support to the housekeeping team as needed.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of laundry washing, ironing, and delivery procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.
- Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
