- HR Partnership & Employee Lifecycle Support: Work closely with the HRBP team and business stakeholders to support people initiatives across the employee lifecycle. Assist in key HR processes such as performance management, talent reviews, employee engagement activities, promotion cycles, employee listening forums, and follow-up actions from skip-level meetings and focus group discussions.
- Dashboards & People Analytics: Support the creation and maintenance of HR dashboards and reports related to organizational health, hiring, employee engagement, learning initiatives, and employee relations. Analyze data and help translate insights into actionable recommendations.
