Job Title: US IT Bench Sales Recruiter (Night Shift EST)

About the Role:

We are a US-based IT staffing company expanding our bench sales operations in Ahmedabad. Working on-site from our Prahladnagar office, you will market our consultants (H1B, USC, GC, OPT/CPT, H4-EAD) to prime vendors and implementation partners across the US, and drive them from submission to placement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants to prime vendors, tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners for C2C contract requirements
- Source live requirements from Dice, LinkedIn, job portals, and C2C vendor groups (WhatsApp / Telegram / Google Groups)
- Build and maintain a database of US vendor recruiter contacts
- Send daily hotlists of available consultants to the vendor network
- Match consultant profiles to requirements and submit with rate confirmation and Right-to-Represent (RTR)
- Negotiate rates and close the best possible margin
- Prepare consultants for client interviews and coordinate scheduling
- Handle documentation: RTR, MSA/PO coordination, rate confirmations




- Maintain daily and weekly submission and interview reports
- Build long-term vendor relationships for repeat business

Required Skills:

Understanding of the US IT job market, tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099), and US work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, H4-EAD, TN)

Working knowledge of US geography and time zones

Excellent English communication spoken and written

Familiarity with Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and an ATS (Ceipal / JobDiva)

Robust negotiation and follow-up skills

Willingness to work night shift (US hours) from our Prahladnagar office
