Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure maximum ROI/ROAS.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies.
- Generate and improve qualified leads through paid marketing channels.
- Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research.




- Create performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with the sales and content teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Advertising.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Experience in lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, CPL, ROAS, conversion rate, and other performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Experience in the IT / Software / Digital Services industry will be an added advantage.
