Role Overview

We are looking for a
QA Software Engineer – Manual / Automation.
who is passionate about software quality assurance. This role is ideal for freshers or early-career QA engineers who want hands-on exposure to enterprise-grade applications, structured testing processes, and scalable automation practices. You will work closely with product, development, and QA teams to ensure RADIUS delivers a reliable, high-quality experience across all platforms.

Key ResponsibilitiesManual Testing
- Understand business requirements, functional specifications,



and user stories.
- Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases and test scenarios.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, sanity, and exploratory testing.
- Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect-tracking tools.
- Validate UI elements, workflows, and end-to-end applications’ behavior.

Automation Testing
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts for web applications.
- Automate functional and regression test cases using Selenium WebDriver.
- Follow automation best practices such as Page Object Model (POM).
- Analyze automation failures and perform root cause analysis.
- Support integration of automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
- Maintain and enhance existing automation frameworks for scalability and reliability.
- Basic knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST APIs).
- Interest in learning performance testing or security testing concepts.
