About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales & Marketing professional with strong knowledge of the PG and co-living market. The candidate should have hands-on experience in PG sales, occupancy management, lead generation, broker/agent handling, and local market development.

The ideal candidate should have strong area-wise knowledge of PG markets, including competitor pricing, occupancy trends, student demand, key colleges/institutes, brokers, and customer preferences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve PG occupancy and revenue targets.
- Have robust knowledge of the PG market, especially area-wise demand and competition.
- Identify high-demand locations, target customer segments, and potential business opportunities.




- Generate leads through digital marketing, field marketing, referrals, brokers, college tie-ups, and other channels.
- Manage and develop relationships with PG brokers, consultants, referral partners, colleges, and local agents.
- Monitor competitor PGs, including pricing, facilities, occupancy, offers, and marketing strategies.
- Ensure regular follow-up with leads and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Track the complete sales funnel from lead generation → site visit → counselling → booking → admission.
- Plan and execute field visits and local marketing activities to improve occupancy.
- Guide and monitor the sales/admission team and ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
- Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, occupancy, revenue, source-wise performance, and market activities.
- Develop new marketing channels and continuously identify opportunities to increase admissions.
