We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive our growth by building strong relationships with doctors, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare sector
- Generate leads and convert prospects into PraHeal customers
- Conduct product demonstrations for doctors, clinics & hospitals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable PraHeal solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Develop partnerships and referral networks
- Track leads, follow-ups and conversions through CRM
- Gather market feedback and identify opportunities for product growth
- Coordinate with the product, marketing and customer-support teams





What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in Business Development / B2B Sales
- Experience in Healthcare, HealthTech, SaaS or Clinic Management Software preferred
- Solid communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
- Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
- Ability to independently manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure
