About the Role

We are looking for a
creative, confident, and highly motivated Social Media & Content Creator
to develop and execute engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook.

The ideal candidate should have solid
storytelling, research, scriptwriting, and communication skills
, along with the confidence to interview industry professionals and participate in on-camera content.

The candidate will work closely with the
Marketing, Videography, Design, and Sales teams
to create thought leadership, educational, product, customer, and industry-focused content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Content Strategy
- Develop and execute social media content strategies across
LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
.
- Research industry trends, audience interests, competitors, and relevant topics to identify content opportunities.




- Develop monthly and weekly content plans aligned with marketing and business objectives.
- Identify trending topics, formats, and content styles that can improve audience engagement.
- Monitor industry conversations and identify opportunities for thought leadership content.

2. Content Creation & Scripting
- Plan and create engaging
short-form videos, interviews, campaigns, and social media content
.
- Write compelling hooks, scripts, captions, post copy, and video briefs.
- Create educational, thought leadership, product, customer success, industry, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Develop content ideas that are informative, engaging, and relevant to the target audience.
- Adapt content ideas and messaging according to different social media platforms.

3. Interviews & On-Camera Content
- Conduct interviews with
SaaS founders, CMOs, demand generation leaders, customers, and other industry professionals
.
