Role Description
The Sales Executive role at Flabs is a full-time, on-site position based in Sadar. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify potential diagnostic lab customers, conduct product demonstrations, and clearly communicate the value of Flabs’ AI-powered lab management solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals while maintaining accurate records in the CRM. The role also involves building long-term relationships with lab decision-makers, gathering customer feedback,



and collaborating with internal teams to improve offerings and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
- Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline, including lead generation, prospecting, and opportunity tracking.
- Strong skills in client relationship management, presentation, and persuasive communication.
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in healthcare, diagnostics, or SaaS/technology solutions.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, basic data analysis, and reporting on sales performance.
- Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Ability to work in office in Sadar and travel locally to meet clients as needed.
- Interest in technology and AI-driven solutions, with willingness to learn product and industry details.
