Role Overview:
We are seeking an Project Coordinator to lead and coordinate implementation activities for our Zilla Parishad Nagpur projects. The company has a 6-year contract with Zilla Parishad, Nagpur for the implementation of e-Prashasan School Digitization Software and it holds various roles and responsibility to be fulfilled as mentioned below.
Key Responsibilities:
1. One Time Implementation activity:
This project includes various implementation activities, beginning with the one-time digitization process of scanning documents from the allotted Zilla Parishad schools.
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and ensuring the smooth execution of all project activities throughout the implementation period while maintaining quality standards and project timelines.
2. Document Scanning & Data Digitization:
Coordinate the scanning of documents received from allotted Zilla Parishad schools and ensure that all scanned records are uploaded into the system. Allocate the scanned data to the Data Entry Operators, continuously monitor the data entry process, verify data accuracy, and ensure timely completion by the internal back-office team.
3. Software Training, Demonstration & User Enablement:
Conduct training sessions for Headmasters, Teachers, Administrative Staff, and other authorised users of Zilla Parishad schools on the e-Prashasan software. Provide live demonstrations of the software, explain its modules and admini
