Job Description
- Preparation and development of Master Plans and architectural layouts for industrial facilities.
- Preparation of layout planning, faade design and interior planning as per project requirements.
- Preparation of concept, tender, submission and GFC architectural drawings and documents.
- Preparation and coordination of municipal/statutory submission drawings.
- Coordination with Process, Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Fire & PHE, Mechanical and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated design.
- Coordination with clients, consultants, vendors and site teams for resolution of architectural and technical issues.
- Review of drawings and incorporation of comments from clients and various disciplines.
- Assist in ensuring design deliverables are completed as per project schedules, quality requirements and applicable standards.
- Conduct site visits and provide architectural support during project execution, wherever required.
