Location: Kolkata or Pune | Experience: 15+ Years

Role Summary

Lead Data & Analytics consulting engagements, drive business growth, shape data strategy, and oversee large-scale cloud, AI, and analytics transformation programs for global clients. Responsible for executive stakeholder management, solution leadership, delivery governance, and practice development.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements and C-level relationships.
- Drive data strategy, operating model, and analytics roadmap initiatives.
- Architect modern data platforms using contemporary tools and technologies such as Snowflake, Databricks, Fabric etc
- Oversee Data Engineering, Data Governance, MDM, BI, AI/GenAI, and Advanced Analytics programs.
- Manage large, cross-functional delivery teams and transformation portfolios.
- Support sales, solutioning, proposals, and account growth.




- Mentor senior talent and contribute to capability building and thought leadership.

- Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development and team leadership.
- Excellent executive communication and client management skills.
