Key Responsibility Areas:
1. Monitor daily labor attendance across day and night shifts at the assigned site and ensure complete capture of all deployed manpower.
2.
Reconcile biometric and facial-recognition punch data against contractor-wise, deployed headcount on a daily basis.
3. Close attendance and correction exceptions in the Labor Expert System (LES) on a same-day basis, within the prescribed cut-off.
4. Identify and flag tailgating, duplicate punch, and failed-capture instances for supervisory review and disposal.
5. Report biometric and facial-recognition device malfunctions to the designated escalation channel and track each incident to closure.
6. Maintain a shift-wise exception register recording the reason for each correction and the authority approving it.
7. Coordinate with IR/SPOC for resolution of unmatched, missing, or disputed attendance records.
8. Prepare and submit the daily attendance MIS strictly as per the approved reporting schedule and format.
9. Escalate systemic or recurring attendance discrepancies to the reporting authority with supporting analysis.
