Key Responsibilities: Site Supervision & Quality Control: Take full charge of the work site, ensuring interior installations align precisely with approved 3D designs, technical drawings, and quality standards.Material & Inventory Management: Oversee incoming materials, verify stock in office, prevent damage or wastage, and coordinate timely deliveries to avoid operational delays.Worker & Team Management: Lead and direct on-site workers, carpenters, technicians, and sub-contractors, maintaining work discipline,
assigning daily targets, and resolving on-site issues.Daily Updates & Reporting: Maintain daily logs and provide real-time updates, photos, and progress reports to the management and design team to ensure complete transparency.
