We’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our Enterprise Applications and Data team. In this role, you will help ensure the stability, reliability, security, and operational excellence of our Salesforce ecosystem while supporting platform administration, production support, integrations, release management, and business enablement.

This is a hands-on role focused primarily on Salesforce administration, platform operations, configuration, governance, and DevOps practices. While familiarity with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs is important,



this is not primarily a Salesforce Developer role. We are seeking an administrator-first skilled who can maintain, troubleshoot, optimize, and evolve the Salesforce platform while partnering effectively with developers, architects, and business stakeholders.

In This Role You Will
- Serve as an administrator for the Salesforce platform, ensuring stability, reliability, security, compliance, and optimal performance.
- Manage user access, permission sets, roles, sharing rules, profiles, and security controls while maintaining platform governance and operational best practices.
- Monitor platform health, integrations, scheduled jobs, data quality, and system performance, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
- Lead production support activities, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and stakeholder communication.
