Role Overview

The team lead- Inventory will be responsible for end-to-end warehouse execution covering returns and inventory control. The role requires robust operational discipline, people management, and data-driven decision-making to ensure SLA adherence, productivity improvement, and loss control.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory
- Monitor net shrink and net dump value
- Conduct daily inventory and asset audits
- Track stock ageing and drive corrective actions

Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead, guide, and motivate the outbound and inventory teams
