JOB Description:

· Develop and implement recruitment strategies to meet the staffing needs of manufacturing operations (blue-collar, technical, and managerial roles).

· Collaborate with department heads, Unit Head / Business Head’s , and HR to understand hiring requirements and forecast workforce needs.

· Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

· Build a strong pipeline of candidates through job portals, campus hiring, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.

· Ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws and internal policies.

· Maintain and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire.

· Coordinate with external vendors and recruitment consultants as needed.





· Implement and optimize the use of applicant tracking systems (ATS).

· Monitor and control recruitment costs and budgets.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

· Master’s degree in human resources, (MBA, MSW or PGDHR) .

· 7–10 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

· Strong understanding of blue-collar and technical hiring.

· Excellent sourcing skills (LinkedIn, job boards, networking).

· Solid communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

· Knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to hiring.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
