Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in the Mohali district. The Business Development Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate qualified leads,



and build a strong sales pipeline across target markets. Responsibilities include engaging prospective and existing clients, presenting Wederm’s manufacturing and R&D; capabilities, and managing the entire business development cycle from initial contact to agreement closure. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to prepare proposals, pricing, and product presentations, as well as maintaining accurate records of interactions, opportunities, and forecasts in CRM or tracking tools. The Executive will also nurture key accounts, gather market and competitor insights, and support management in developing strategies to expand the company’s client base and revenue.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust New Business Development and Lead Generation skills for identifying opportunities and building a robust client pipeline.
- Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management
