We are looking for an experienced
Corporate Trainer
to strengthen the communication, confidence and professional effectiveness of our growing team.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular training sessions for internal teams.
- Improve verbal and written business communication.
- Train teams on professional etiquette and executive-level interactions.
- Conduct role plays, mock conversations and practical exercises.
- Coach team members on confidence, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Identify individual development areas and provide structured feedback.
- Develop training material and learning programs for new and existing employees.
- Support onboarding and continuous capability development.




- Track training effectiveness and employee improvement.

Who We're Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience in Corporate Training, L&D;, Communication Training or Sales Training.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong coaching and facilitation capabilities.
- Experience training young and growing teams.
- Ability to conduct practical, high-energy training sessions.
- Strong understanding of professional communication and workplace etiquette.
- Experience in B2B, technology, consulting or professional services is preferred.
