Roles and Responsibilities :
- Managing the complete recruitment life cycle, client delivery across various domains.
- Individual Contributor (IC) role with responsibility for achieving monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Handling end-to-end recruitment for middle and senior-level positions across industries.
- Leading executive searches, leadership hiring, permanent staffing, and industry mapping to meet client requirements.
- Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality candidates matching client expectations

Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in permanent staffing or related field (headhunting, leadership hiring).
- Proven track record in managing teams responsible for permanent staffing services.
- Strong understanding of industrialization processes and ability to apply this knowledge in recruitment efforts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build robust relationships at all levels within an organization.
