About the Role

The Marketing Operations Manager is a hands-on role responsible for the systems, data, and processes that power CAMP Aviates marketing and sales engine. You will own HubSpot end-to-end, lead a small India-based team, and serve as the operational backbone connecting Marketing & Sales leadership to execution. This role sits at the intersection of technology, analytics, and process requiring both platform depth and strategic judgment.

What Youll Do

Platform Administration & Architecture
- Own end-to-end HubSpot administration across CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and CMS — including user provisioning, role-based permissions, and license management.
- Design and maintain custom objects, properties, pipelines, deal stages, and lifecycle configurations aligned to CAMP Aviate’s sales and marketing processes.
- Build, test, and maintain automated workflows for lead routing, email sequences, and campaign execution.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and adjacent systems (Salesforce, WordPress, Google Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.).




- Stay current on HubSpot product releases; proactively recommend and implement enhancements that improve team efficiency.

Data Governance & Hygiene
- Enforce data governance standards including deduplication, field standardization, naming conventions, and record hygiene across the HubSpot database.
- Conduct regular platform audits — identifying and remediating technical debt, redundant workflows, and misconfigured properties.
- Ensure accurate segmentation and funnel analytics to support both sales and marketing initiatives.

Reporting & AI Innovation
- Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and custom reports in HubSpot to track KPIs, campaign performance, and pipeline contribution.
- Implement and integrate AI tools to drive efficiency in CRM data management, campaign operations, and reporting processes.
