Youngquist Investments is a private investment firm based in Ft. Myers, Florida that invests its own capital. We engage a select group of independent research consultants to originate options trade ideas for our internal trading desk.
Consultants provide written research only. The Company evaluates each submission and makes all trading decisions. All order entry is performed by the Company's U.S.-based personnel.
Submissions cover U.S.-listed equity options and include the underlying, direction, strike and expiration, actionable price boundaries, a stop level, a target level, and a written thesis.
How you work
No fixed hours. No attendance requirement. You determine your own schedule, methods, and location. You may provide services to other clients.
Compensation
There is no base pay and no guaranteed income. Compensation is contingent and performance-based, paid quarterly. Full terms are provided to candidates under consideration.

- Working knowledge of the Greeks, implied volatility, and the effect of earnings and events on option pricing
- Ability to state a thesis in explicit written English with a defined invalidation level
- A documented analytical record: a public trading journal, published analysis, or a detailed research record
- Reliable internet and your own equipment
Engagement terms
Independent contractor engagement for research services. Not an offer of employment. No salary, no benefits, no paid leave. Consultants invoice the Company and are responsible for their own taxes and registrations.
The Company is a U.S. entity with no place of business in India. Payment is made in U.S. dollars by international transfer. A written agreement is required prior to engagement.
