We're looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Business Analyst to help keep our projects on track and our teams aligned. In this role, you'll wear multiple hats , driving project plans, facilitating agile ceremonies as Scrum Master for our engineering team, and ensuring quality issues are tracked from discovery to resolution. You'll also play a key role in documentation and testing, translating complex systems into transparent, usable guides and rigorously verifying that features work as intended.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, takes ownership of the details others might miss, and enjoys being the connective tissue between engineering, QA, and the broader business.
What You'll Do
Project & Process Leadership
● Create and manage project plans, timelines, and milestones to keep initiatives on schedule
● Serve as Scrum Master for the engineering team , facilitating sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies
● Identify and help remove blockers that slow down the team's progress Quality & Issue Tracking
● Stay on top of QA Jira tickets, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks ● Partner closely with development and QA teams to track tickets from creation through closure, on schedule
● Monitor ticket status, flag risks, and drive accountability across teams
Documentation & Testing
● Write clear, thorough technical documentation, including user manuals and test scripts ● Perform manual testing against test scripts to validate functionality and catch issues early
● Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation as products and processes evolve
What We're Looking For
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
● Working with Jira or similar issue-tracking tools
● Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies; Scrum Master experience preferred ● Comfort writing technical documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences ● Hands-on exper
